Shipping can be arranged within Japan without charge (except books and reproductions). Shipping to overseas is extra.
Purchase will not be transferred until payment in full has been received.
Purchase can be returned in case of dissatisfactory. Refund to be made provide that the purchase is returned within 7 days in its original condition at purchaser's cost.
For orders within Japan, payments can be made by postal transfer, bank transfer, registered cash mail, major credit cards, or PayPal. For those from overseas, payments to be made by majpr credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer in Japanese Yen. Bank charges are at purchaser's cost. Other payment methods can be consulted.
For shipping within Japan, shipping method is seller's discretion. Shipping normally takes 3-14 business days. Overseas shipping of prints and illustrated books are usually by DHL or EMS (Express Mail Service). e.g. Shipping cost of single-sheet print cost approximately 1,400 - 4,000 Yen. All shipments are insured by us. Shipping method of heavy materials, such as books and reproduction sets, are to be consulted.
